Volleyball Recap: Bradford Prep's Loss Ends Three-Game Winning Streak at Home

Bradford Prep was the 3-2 winner over Christ the King when they last played one another back in September, but their luck changed this time around. The Bears fell 3-1 to the Crusaders on Monday.

The final score came out to 25-22, 22-25, 25-15, 25-23.

Alden Schwartz paced Bradford Prep's offense, picking up 15 kills. Schwartz got some help from Bailey Clark and her 33 assists. Sofia Swicegood controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Among those leading the charge was Anna Cannon, who had 13 digs and three assists.

Bradford Prep's loss ended a three-match streak of wins at home and dropped them to 15-10. As for Christ the King, they pushed their record up to 11-11 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road.

Bradford Prep wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Langtree Charter Academy on the 18th. As for Christ the King, they have also already played their next matchup, a 3-0 defeat against Lake Norman Charter on the 14th.
