Central City/Centura has gone 6-1 against Adams Central recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Kernels will be playing at home against the Patriots at 4:30 p.m. Central City/Centura is currently enjoying a perfect season and no doubt wants to keep things rolling.

Central City/Centura's hitters will try to repeat the strong performance they gave on Monday, when they got past Lincoln Christian's usually-dominant pitching crew. The Kernels walked away with a 10-7 victory over the Crusaders.

The team relied heavily on Jakob Ruhl, who went 2-for-4 with two RBI, one run, and one double. The team also got some help courtesy of Barrett Fries, who went 3-for-4 with two runs and one RBI.

Meanwhile, Adams Central has relied on a stalwart pitchers averaging four runs allowed per game, but that average took a hit on Monday. They came up short against Norris, falling 13-0. The Patriots haven't had much luck with the Titans recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.

Central City/Centura's win was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 17-0. The home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.1 runs on average over those games. As for Adams Central, their defeat dropped their record down to 15-6.

Central City/Centura came out on top in a nail-biter against Adams Central in their previous meeting back in April of 2024, sneaking past 7-6. Do the Kernels have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Patriots turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
