Basketball Game Preview: West Stokes Wildcats vs. Reidsville Rams

West Stokes is 1-8 against Reidsville since January of 2022 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Tuesday. The West Stokes Wildcats will be playing in front of their home fans against the Reidsville Rams at 7:30 p.m. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Having struggled with three losses in a row, West Stokes turned things around against T.W. Andrews on Friday. They came out on top against the Red Raiders by a score of 48-38.

Meanwhile, Reidsville put another one in the bag on Saturday to keep their perfect season alive. They breezed by Gretna to the tune of 81-38. The Rams have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 14 games by 20 points or more this season.

Reidsville pushed their record up to 19-0 with the win, which was their 23rd straight at home dating back to last season. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 32.7 points. As for West Stokes, their victory ended a six-game drought on the road and puts them at 9-10.

West Stokes was dealt a bruising 81-42 defeat at the hands of Reidsville in their previous meeting back in January. A big factor in that loss was the dominant performance of Reidsville's Dionte Neal, who dropped a double-double on 20 points and ten assists.
