Basketball Recap: Farina South Central Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

Farina South Central and Dieterich squared off in some playoff action on Wednesday, but Farina South Central had to settle for second. They were beaten by the Dieterich Movin Maroons 60-30. The Cougars have struggled against the Movin Maroons recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.

Farina South Central's loss dropped their record down to 19-13. As for Dieterich, their win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 25-7.

Farina South Central does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Dieterich, they will face off against North Clay/Clay City at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. North Clay/Clay City will roll in looking for their tenth straight victory, something Dieterich surely won't give up without a fight.
