Volleyball Recap: Santa Fe Comes Up Short

Santa Fe was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Norwalk Lancers. The Chiefs were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Lancers apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in March of 2024.

Santa Fe was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the first set very close. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 25-11, 25-18.

Santa Fe's loss dropped their record down to 5-19. As for Norwalk, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 23-11 record this season.

As of now, neither Santa Fe nor Norwalk have any future games scheduled.
