Softball Recap: Greenbrier Drops Highest Score of Season Against Little Rock Christian Academy

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Greenbrier). They blew past the Little Rock Christian Academy Warriors 18-3 on Tuesday. The Panthers haven't had any issues with the Warriors recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

Ellison Miller was incredible, going 2-for-3 with three runs, three RBI, and one triple. Those three runs gave her a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Kamryn Pudinas, who scored three runs while going 3-for-4.

Greenbrier always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .655. That was just more of the same: they've now posted an OBP of .593 or higher in three consecutive matches.

Greenbrier's win bumped their record up to 5-8. As for Little Rock Christian Academy, they are on a 12-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-9.

Looking ahead, Greenbrier will head out to square off against Bryant at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Little Rock Christian Academy, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Central at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
