Marion Local has gone 9-1 against St. Henry recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Marion Local Flyers will be playing in front of their home fans against the St. Henry Redskins at 7:00 p.m. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

Last Thursday, Marion Local made easy work of New Bremen and carried off a 45-22 victory. Given the Flyers' advantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 55th, while the Cardinals are ranked 577th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for St. Henry, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Saturday. They simply couldn't be stopped on Thursday as they easily beat St. John's 46-12.

St. Henry pushed their record up to 14-3 with the win, which was their third straight at home. Those victories came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 21.3 points per game. As for Marion Local, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 16-1.

Marion Local beat St. Henry 51-42 in their previous meeting back in December of 2024. Does Marion Local have another victory up their sleeve, or will St. Henry turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
