Softball Recap: Dana Hills Puts Losing Streak Behind Them

Dana Hills came into Friday's match having lost six straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They never let the Aliso Niguel Wolverines get on the board and left with a 2-0 victory on Friday. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Dolphins have posted since March 31st.

Not much got past Melissa Reed, who gave up just three hits to keep Aliso Niguel off the board. Reed has been consistent: she hasn't given up more than one walk in five consecutive appearances.

Dana Hills' victory was their first in the league, bumping their league record up to 1-6 and their overall record up to 10-13. As for Aliso Niguel, their defeat dropped their record down to 14-12-1.
