Softball Recap: Weiss Wolves vs. Little River Academy Bumblebees
It may have taken nine innings to finish the job, but Weiss ultimately got the result they hoped for on Tuesday. They had just enough and edged out the Little River Academy Bumblebees 8-7. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Wolves have posted since April 5, 2024.
Jordynn Booe made a big impact no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, tossing 3.2 innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits. Booe was even better at the plate, going 4-for-5 with three stolen bases, one triple, and two RBI.
