Ridgeland scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Friday. They didn't even let Vicksburg onto the board and left with a 9-0 victory. For those curious, yes, that was the biggest victory Ridgeland has managed all season.
The win was the third in a row for Ridgeland, bringing their record for this year to 10-2-5. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 6.7 goals per game. As for Vicksburg, their defeat was their eighth straight on the road, which bumped their record down to 4-12-1.
Ridgeland the luxury of staying home another game and will welcome Columbus at 6:45 p.m. on January 23rd. As for Vicksburg, they will head out on the road to square off against Warren Central at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
