There's no place like home for Ouachita Parish, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Saturday. They walked away with an 18-15 win over the Caldwell Parish Spartans on Monday. With that victory, the Lions brought their scoring average up to 7.8 runs per game.
Rheagan Montgomery was incredible, going 3-for-4 with one home run, four runs, and four RBI. That's the most RBI she has posted since back in March of 2024. Another player making a difference was Aaliyah Alfaro, who went 3-for-4 with two doubles and two RBI.
Ouachita Parish kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 13 hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now got at least eight hits every time they've taken the field this season.
