Volleyball Recap: Marin Catholic Takes a Loss

Marin Catholic was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the San Marin Mustangs. The Wildcats were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Mustangs earlier this season, when they won 3-0.

Marin Catholic's defeat dropped their record down to 3-6. As for San Marin, their win ended an 11-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-18.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Marin Catholic is set to face off against their familiar foe Novato at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, San Marin will challenge rival Tamalpais at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
