Soccer Recap: Northwest's Higher State Rank on Full Display on Tuesday

While Northwest's victory against Windsor wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Lions never let the Owls get on the board and left with a 1-0 win on Tuesday. Given Northwest's advantage in MaxPreps' Missouri soccer rankings (they are ranked 33rd, while Windsor are ranked 105th) , the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Northwest's victory bumped their record up to 7-2. As for Windsor, they now have a losing record of 4-5.

Looking ahead, Northwest will take on Parkway Central at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Windsor, they will challenge Lutheran South at 6:00 p.m. on the 23rd.
