Soccer Recap: Santa Fe Comes Up Short

Santa Fe was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 5-0 to the P.K. Yonge Blue Wave. While losing is never fun, the Raiders can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Florida soccer rankings (they are ranked 412th, while the Blue Wave are ranked 31st).

Santa Fe's defeat dropped their record down to 2-7. As for P.K. Yonge, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 7-2.

Santa Fe will venture away from home to square off against Gainesville at 7:00 p.m. on December 19th. As for P.K. Yonge, they will host Vanguard at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
