Baseball Recap: Woodlan Warriors vs. Lakeland Lakers

Woodlan had lost three straight on the road, but on Saturday they dropped their record down to 7-7 to make it four. They came up short against the Lakeland Lakers, falling 9-1. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Lakers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 10-2 on Saturday.

Woodlan saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jordan Halsey, who went 2-for-4 with one stolen base and one run. Alex Piedra also deserves some recognition as he hit his first double of the season.
