Wahluke is 0-4 against Wapato since January of 2022 but things could change on Friday. The Wahluke Warriors will look to defend their home court against the Wapato Wolves at 5:45 p.m.

Wahluke is headed into Friday's match looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their tenth straight game on Tuesday. They took a blow against Royal, falling 59-14. While losing is never fun, the Warriors can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Washington basketball rankings (they are ranked 317th, while the Knights are ranked 143rd).

Meanwhile, Wapato had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 34.3 points) and they went ahead and made it four on Saturday. Everything went their way against the Knights as they made off with a 65-45 win. The Wolves have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six contests by 20 points or more this season.

Wapato pushed their record up to 9-6 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 30.8 points. As for Wahluke, their loss dropped their record down to 1-17.
