It was a good run, but Ocoee unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Friday. Neither they nor the New Smyrna Beach Barracudas could gain the upper hand so the two teams had to settle for a 1-1 draw. The result kept the Knights happy, as they haven't lost a game since December 13, 2024.

Their goal came courtesy of Jovan Thomas, who's now up to seven this season.

With that draw, Ocoee's record moves to 8-1-5. Meanwhile, New Smyrna Beach's record is now 9-0-4.

Ocoee wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next match, a 3-0 win against Spruce Creek on the 4th. As for New Smyrna Beach, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next game, a 2-1 loss against Bishop Moore on the 4th.
