Basketball Recap: Maple Shade Comes Up Short

Maple Shade was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 42-17 to the Florence Township Memorial Flashes. If the Wildcats were looking for revenge after losing 42-14 to the Flashes when the teams met back in December of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Maple Shade's loss dropped their record down to 2-13. As for Florence Township Memorial, the win got them back to even at 9-9.

Maple Shade has already played their next matchup, a 46-43 victory against Pemberton on the 7th. As for Florence Township Memorial, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 61-18 defeat against Woodbury on the 9th.
