Basketball Recap: Oakesdale Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Oakesdale can now relate to. They took a 56-46 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Wilbur-Creston-Keller Wildcats on Friday. The Nighthawks were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Wildcats apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in January of 2023.

Oakesdale's loss dropped their record down to 15-10. As for Wilbur-Creston-Keller, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-7 record this season.

As of now, neither Oakesdale nor Wilbur-Creston-Keller have any future games scheduled.
