Soccer Game Preview: Forsyth Central vs. East Forsyth

The Forsyth Central Bulldogs will square off against the East Forsyth Broncos at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, these teams will really light up the scoreboard.

Forsyth Central is headed into Thursday's contest looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their third straight game on Monday. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 6-5 heartbreaker at the hands of Creekview. Even if Forsyth Central couldn't come away with the victory, the high-scoring effort was a great turnaround for their offense, which had struggled int the games prior.

Meanwhile, East Forsyth kept a clean sheet against West Hall on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by a 6-0 margin over the Spartans. The result was nothing new for East Forsyth, who have now won six matchups by three goals or more so far this season.

Forsyth Central's loss dropped their record down to 4-10. As for East Forsyth, their win bumped their record up to 7-9.
