Southeast Raleigh had to kick off their season on the road on Friday, but they showed no ill effects. They blew past the Enloe Eagles, posting a 50-21 victory. With the Bulldogs ahead 41-13 at the half, the contest was all but over already.

This one was won in the trenches and the lion's share of the credit has to go to Christian Freeman and James Adams IV. Freeman gained 213 total yards and three touchdowns while Adams IV rushed for 120 yards and three TDs on only nine carries. The team also got some help courtesy of Tydreke Powell Jr., who threw for 257 yards and a pair of touchdowns on only 19 passes.

Although Enloe took the loss, they still got scores from Alex Chapman-Evans, Leo Gorga, and Ziyeir Mclean-Leach.

Southeast Raleigh didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 31-6 win against Dudley on the 29th. As for Enloe, they have also already played their next game, a 55-25 victory against Knightdale on the 29th.
