Football Game Recap: John Hardin vs. Mercer County

John Hardin had to kick off their season on the road on Saturday, but they showed no ill effects. They won a game that couldn't have been any closer, slipping by Mercer County 20-19. Having pegged this as anyone's game, the MaxPreps state rankings were right on the nose. This was the first game for both teams, giving John Hardin a 1-0 record and starting Mercer County off at 0-1.

Next week, John Hardin take on North Hardin at 7:30 PM. As for Mercer County, they will face of against Anderson County.
