The Ganado Indians suffered their closest loss yet this season on Friday. They fell just short of Bloomington by a score of 32-29. That's two games in a row now that Ganado has lost by exactly three points.

When it comes to explaining why Ganado lost, one person who can't be blamed is Zoey Ybarra. Despite the final result, she scored 18 points along with seven steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Ybarra has scored all season.

Ganado has traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost six of their last eight matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 11-15 record this season. As for Bloomington, the victory (which was their tenth in a row) raised their record to 20-7.

Ganado will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Shiner at 6:15 p.m. Shiner is coming into the match hot, having won their last 15 games. As for Bloomington, they will head out on the road to square off against Weimar at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
