Patrick Henry had won two straight games and Sylas Doan did his part to make it three on Saturday. The Patriots came out on top against the Mater Dei Catholic Crusaders by a score of 2-0 thanks in part to Doan, who had six digs and one block. He is also on a roll when it comes to assists, as he's now posted 14 or more in each of the last 36 games he's played dating back to last season.

Patrick Henry's victory bumped their record up to 19-6. As for Mater Dei Catholic, their loss dropped their record down to 22-10.

Patrick Henry wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Westview on the 26th. As for Mater Dei Catholic, they will venture away from home to square off against Hilltop at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
