The Bethesda Academy Blazers will head out to challenge the St. John's Christian Academy Cavaliers at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Bethesda Academy has eight straight victories, St. John's Christian Academy has ten straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the field.
Bethesda Academy had to skate by with only a two-point margin when they last took the field, which might have inspired the 49-point drubbing they dealt Pee Dee Academy on Friday. The Blazers simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Golden Eagles 49-0. Considering the Blazers have won seven games by more than 24 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.
