Basketball Recap: Mt. Rainier Takes a Loss

Mt. Rainier lost against Auburn Mountainview back in December of 2022 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Mt. Rainier Rams lost 47-26 to the Auburn Mountainview Lions. The Rams have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Mt. Rainier's loss dropped their record down to 2-9. As for Auburn Mountainview, their win bumped their record up to 7-4.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Mt. Rainier will head out to square off against Kentridge at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Kentridge will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something Mt. Rainier surely won't give up without a fight. As for Auburn Mountainview, they will venture away from home to take on Jefferson at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
