There's no place like home for River Ridge, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. They came out on top against the Creekview Grizzlies by a score of 3-1 on Tuesday. The Knights haven't had any issues with the Grizzlies recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive victory against them.

River Ridge was especially dominant in the first set. The final score came out to 25-8, 25-16, 24-26, 25-18.

Blakely Croot paced River Ridge's offense, picking up 13 kills. Croot got some help from Ally Page and her 24 assists. Olivia Philpot controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.

Several Grizzlies players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Maile Rowley, who had ten digs and two assists.

River Ridge's win bumped their record up to 19-6. As for Creekview, they have been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last nine contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-13 record this season.

River Ridge has already played their next game, a 3-0 victory against Sprayberry on the 11th. As for Creekview, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-2 win against Riverwood on the 11th.
