The Harvest Prep Academy Eagle are taking a road trip to face off against the Western SciTech Aztec Warrior at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Western SciTech took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Harvest Prep Academy, who comes in off a win.

Harvest Prep Academy will head into Friday's match on the come-up: they were handed a 29-point defeat in their previous outing, but that didn't affect their clutch gene on Friday. They skirted past Premier 47-44. The win was some much needed relief for the Eagle as it spelled an end to their four-game losing streak.

Harvest Prep Academy got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was KJ Legette out in front who dropped a double-double on 20 points and 14 boards. Legette has been hot for a while, having posted nine or more rebounds the last 18 times he's played. Another player making a difference was Sebastian Castro, who almost dropped a double-double on nine points and 15 boards.

Harvest Prep Academy smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 13 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least nine offensive rebounds in eight consecutive contests.

Meanwhile, Western SciTech was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They were four points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 40-36 heartbreaker at the hands of Maricopa Institute of Technology.

Harvest Prep Academy will need focus on slowing down Leonardo Nobote Perez, one of several Western SciTech players who made an impact when they last played. He posted eight points. Ismael Herrera was another key player, putting up eight points.

Western SciTech's defeat dropped their record down to 2-8. As for Harvest Prep Academy, their win bumped their record up to 3-7.

Everything came up roses for Harvest Prep Academy against Western SciTech when the teams last played on January 7th, as the squad secured a 55-28 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Harvest Prep Academy since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
