Soccer Recap: Chippewa Hills Comes Up Short

Chippewa Hills was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They lost 9-1 to the Lakeview Wildcats. Things were pretty much settled by the half as Chippewa Hills were already down 7-1.

Chippewa Hills' loss dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Lakeview, the victory keeps they at an undefeated 8-0.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Chippewa Hills is set to face off against their familiar foe Newaygo at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Lakeview will square off against rival Grant at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
