Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Florence). They claimed a resounding 62-34 win over the Wausaukee Rangers. The high-scoring effort was just what the Bobcats needed considering they were shut out in their previous game.

Despite the loss, Wausaukee still got an impressive performance from Hank Nuetzel, who threw for 179 yards and three touchdowns, and also rushed for 48 yards. Andrew Lawrence was another key player, rushing for 118 yards and one TD on only 11 carries.

The victory got Florence back to even at 3-3. As for Wausaukee, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-4.

Coming up, Florence will face off against Three Lakes at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Bobcats will be up against the Bluejays' rather soft defense (which has allowed 28.67 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Wausaukee, they will be playing at home against Lena/Aquinas at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Titians' defense has only allowed 4.3 points per game this season, so the Rangers' offense will have their work cut out for them.
