Basketball Recap: Emmaus Comes Up Short

Emmaus lost to Whitehall back in February of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Hornets lost to the Zephyrs at home by a 53-39 margin. That's two games in a row now that the Hornets have lost by exactly 14 points.

Emmaus has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-9 record this season. As for Whitehall, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six games. That's provided a massive bump to their 7-8 record this season.

Emmaus will venture away from home to take on Pottstown at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday. The Hornets will be up against the Trojans' rather soft defense (which has allowed 59.6 points per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Whitehall, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Northampton at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
