Recap: Wright vs. Livingston Collegiate Academy Wolves
The Wright lost against the Livingston Collegiate Academy Wolves back in October of 2022, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. Wright took a 24-14 hit to the loss column at the hands of Livingston Collegiate Academy. Wright has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Livingston Collegiate Academy's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Brenard Adams, who rushed for 37 yards and a touchdown, and also caught a touchdown. Devionne Thompson was another key contributor, throwing for 149 yards and a touchdown on only 13 passes.
Wright's loss dropped their record down to 4-4. As for Livingston Collegiate Academy, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 5-3 record this season.
Wright will be playing in front of their home fans against Reed at 3:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Livingston Collegiate Academy, they will head out on the road to face off against Haynes Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
