Cobalt Institute of Math & Science Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Hesperia Christian, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-7 record this season.

Hesperia Christian was able to grind out a solid victory over Cobalt Institute of Math & Science Academy when the teams last played back in February, winning 61-51.
