Basketball Recap: Liberal Makes It Seven in a Row at Home

Liberal waltzed into their matchup on Friday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They walked away with a 60-49 win over the Jasper Eagles. This was a revenge game for the Bulldogs: when they faced off against the Eagles back in January, they had to take a 59-48 loss.

Liberal pushed their record up to 10-2 with the victory, which was their seventh straight at home. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 57.4 points per game. As for Jasper, they moved to 18-1 with that defeat, which also ended their 18-game winning streak.
