It was a good run, but Manson unfortunately witnessed the end of their six-match winning streak on Saturday. They came up short against the Cascade Christian Cougars, falling 3-0. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Trojans have suffered since September 20th.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-12, 25-19.

Cascade Christian found their leader in sophomore Lauren Rideb, who had ten digs. Zaylin Wells also deserves some recognition as she posted her first assist of the season.

Manson's loss dropped their record down to 14-4. As for Cascade Christian, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-5 record this season.

Manson will be playing in front of their home fans against Chelan at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Cascade Christian, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-0 victory against Charles Wright on the 20th.
