Cabrillo won the last time they faced San Luis Obispo Classical Academy and things went their way on Saturday too. The Conquistadores walked away with a 2-0 win over the Grizzlies. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Conquistadores.

The 2-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Cabrillo was: they took both sets by at least 13 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 25-11.

Kaiya Brown paced Cabrillo's offense, picking up seven kills. Brown got some help from Jazlene Brady and her nine assists. Brown was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

Cabrillo's victory bumped their record up to 8-9-1. As for San Luis Obispo Classical Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-10.

Cabrillo has already played their next game, a 2-0 win against Santa Maria on the 13th. As for San Luis Obispo Classical Academy, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against Coastal Christian on the 16th.
