Baseball Game Preview: Trinity Bulldogs vs. Eastern Randolph Wildcats

The Trinity Bulldogs will head out to take on the Eastern Randolph Wildcats at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Trinity hasn't scored more than a single run for three games straight, a trend the team is eager to reverse.

Trinity came up short against Randleman on Friday, falling 8-1.

Meanwhile, Eastern Randolph gave up the first runs on Friday, but they didn't let that get them down. They walked away with a 6-3 victory over Providence Grove.

Maddox Dunn was excellent, going a perfect 3-for-3 with three runs and one stolen base. He has become a key player for Eastern Randolph: the team is undefeated when he posts at least two runs, but 8-10 otherwise. Will Stalker also deserves some recognition as he snagged his first stolen base of the season.

Eastern Randolph now has a winning record of 11-10. As for Trinity, their loss dropped their record down to 14-7.
