Baseball Recap: Kenston Forest Picks Up Tenth Straight Win at Home

Kenston Forest won against Blessed Sacrament-Huguenot last Tuesday with 14 runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Thursday. The Kenston Forest Kavaliers never let the Tidewater Academy Warriors get on the board and left with a 14-0 victory. The win was just business as usual for the Kavaliers, who after three games remain undefeated this season.

Jobe Sullivan made a splash while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit while striking out eight over five innings pitched. Sullivan was also big at the plate, scoring two runs and stealing Two bases. while going 2-for-3. Sullivan is crushing it when it comes to stolen bases: he's snagged at least one every time he's taken the field this season.

In other batting news, Kyle Shaw and Zane Queen did most of the damage at the plate: Shaw scored two runs and stole Two bases. while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances, while Queen scored a run and stole a base while getting on base in all four of his plate appearances. Shaw is crushing it when it comes to stolen bases: he's snagged at least one every time he's taken the field this season. Graham Sledd was another key player, scoring two runs and stealing Two bases. while getting on base in all four of his plate appearances.

Kenston Forest was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .455. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Tidewater Academy only posted a batting average of .062.
