Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Mount de Sales Academy). They enjoyed a cozy 72-54 win over the Indian Creek Eagles on Wednesday. The victory was familiar territory for the Sailors who have now won three contests in a row.

Mount de Sales Academy's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Katie Carroll, who went 8 of 11 en route to 17 points and five rebounds. Those 17 points gave Carroll a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Mackenzie Conley, who went 6 for 11 on her way to 19 points and three steals.

Mount de Sales Academy smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 16 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least 11 offensive boards in three consecutive games.

Mount de Sales Academy is on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine matches, which provided a nice bump to their 14-4 record this season. As for Indian Creek, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-7-1.
