Benny Lane gave up the fewest hits he has since back in March on Friday. Nobody could stop him as he tossed four innings while giving up just one earned run off one hit. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two walks in three consecutive appearances.

Lane and St. Anthony will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Bellflower at 11:00 a.m. on the 26th.
