Soccer Game Preview: Hanover Central vs. Munster

Hanover Central hasn't had much luck against Munster recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Wildcats will look to defend their home pitch against the Mustangs at 7:00 p.m. Munster took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Hanover Central, who comes in off a win.

Hanover Central will roll into the matchup after a wild two-game stretch: they only put up one goal on Tuesday, then bounced right back against Culver Academies on Saturday. The Wildcats were the clear victors by a 4-1 margin over the Eagles. The result was nothing new for Hanover Central, who have now won five matches by three goals or more so far this season.

They hit Culver Academies with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Madison McNinch (2), Addison Bonner, and Isabella Sarkey.

Meanwhile, after soaring to eight goals the game before, Munster was a bit more limited in their contest on Saturday. They lost 4-1 to Mishawaka Marian. Munster have struggled against Mishawaka Marian recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

Hanover Central's victory bumped their record up to 9-3-1. As for Munster, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-5-3.
