Hampton County waltzed into their game on Friday with ten straight wins... but they left with 11. They took down the Whale Branch Warriors 67-49. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 62-41 back in January.

Hampton County's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Tyler Davis, who went 11 of 15 to rack up 24 points and six rebounds. Those 24 points gave Davis a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Jaquan Solomon, who went 8 for 12 en route to 21 points and five boards.

Hampton County pushed their record up to 17-4 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 62.3 points over those games. As for Whale Branch, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-10.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Hampton County will welcome Bridges Prep at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. One thing working in Hampton County's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last seven contests. As for Whale Branch, they will face off against Barnwell at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Whale Branch is facing Barnwell at the right time seeing as Barnwell is stuck on a 12-game losing streak.
