Soccer Game Preview: Pendleton vs. Ontario

Pendleton hasn't had much luck against Ontario recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Buckaroos will face off against the Tigers at 5:30 p.m. Pendleton has given up an average of 3.9 goals per game this season, but Tuesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Pendleton fell victim to Riverside and their airtight defense on Thursday. They lost 8-0 to the Pirates.

Meanwhile, after soaring to nine goals the game before, Ontario was a bit more limited in their matchup on Friday. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of McLoughlin. The loss continues a trend for Ontario in their meetings with McLoughlin: they've now lost four in a row.

Pendleton now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Ontario, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-2.

Pendleton suffered a grim 4-0 defeat to Ontario in their previous matchup back in October of 2024. Can the Buckaroos avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
