Football Recap: John Milledge Academy Starts off Right with Win over Bethlehem Christian Academy + How To Watch

John Milledge Academy had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat the Bethlehem Christian Academy Knights 49-6. The contest was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 28-0.

John Milledge Academy found their leader in sophomore Asa Wall, who rushed for 135 yards and four TDs on only eight carries, and also picked up 41 receiving yards. Wall also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D, picking up a sack and making eight total tackles (2.0 for loss). Another player making a difference was Lewis Cheney, who threw for 176 yards and one touchdown on only 12 passes.

John Milledge Academy was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 242 rushing yards. That's the most rushing yards they've posted since back in August of 2024.
