Baseball Recap: St. Andrew's Comes Up Short

St. Andrew fell victim to Fort Worth Country Day and their airtight pitching crew on Friday. They came up short against the Falcons, falling 7-0. The defeat continues a trend for the Highlanders in their meetings with the Falcons: they've now lost three in a row.

St. Andrew's loss dropped their record down to 7-5. As for Fort Worth Country Day, the victory (which was their 11th in a row) raised their record to 19-2.

Meanwhile, Fort Worth Country Day is set to face off against their familiar foe St. Stephen's Episcopal at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. The timing is sure in the Falcons' favor as the team sits on nine straight wins at home while the Spartans have been banged up by three consecutive losses on the road.
