Lowndes has gone 8-2 against Colquitt County recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. Meanwhile, Colquitt County entered their game against Tift County on Tuesday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. Colquitt County fell just short of Tift County by a score of 48-46. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest defeat the Packers have suffered since January 20, 2024.

Colquitt County's loss ended an eight-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 13-4. As for Lowndes, their defeat ended a five-game streak of away wins and brought them to 12-8.

Lowndes came up short against Colquitt County in their previous meeting on January 7th, falling 43-39. Can Lowndes avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
