After flying high against Classen SAS on Tuesday, Western Heights came back down to earth. The Jets came up short against the Crescent Tigers on Thursday, falling 8-2. The Jets' loss signaled the end of their six-game winning streak.

Western Heights saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Akin Aguillard, who went 1-for-3 with two runs and one double.

Western Heights' defeat dropped their record down to 15-12. As for Crescent, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-10.
