Basketball Recap: Lincoln Comes Up Short

Lincoln was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They came up short against the North Marion Huskies, falling 52-27. The matchup marked the Cougars' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

North Marion's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Eli Ramsey, who went 5 of 10 en route to 12 points and six boards. The dominant performance gave Ramsey a new career-high in points. The team also got some help courtesy of Connor Balwanz, who posted ten points.

Lincoln's defeat dropped their record down to 3-7. As for North Marion, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-6.
