For the second straight game, Fremont will face off against Weber. The Silverwolves will be playing at home against the Warriors at 3:30 p.m. on Friday. Fremont is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 8.3 runs per game this season.

On Wednesday, Fremont made easy work of Weber and carried off an 11-5 win. The result was nothing new for the Silverwolves, who have now won ten games by six runs or more so far this season.

Fremont got a great performance from Tad Grange as he pitched 5.2 innings while giving up three earned (and one unearned) runs off six hits. Grange has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two walks in eight consecutive appearances.

At the plate, Owen Simkins was incredible, going 2-for-4 with two triples, three RBI, and two runs. Those two triples gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Chase Jones, who went 1-for-3 with two runs, one double, and one RBI.

The victory made it two in a row for Fremont and bumps their season record up to 13-5. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.0 runs over those games. As for Weber, their loss was their tenth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 2-14.
