Volleyball Game Preview: Davenport North Wildcats vs. Assumption Knights

Davenport North is 0-10 against Assumption since September of 2017 but things could change on Tuesday. The Wildcats will face off against the Knights at 6:30 p.m.

Davenport North came up short against Pleasant Valley on Tuesday, falling 3-0.

The final score came out to 25-14, 25-11, 25-12.

Meanwhile, Assumption waltzed into their match on Friday with nine straight wins... but they left with ten. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Lancers.

Davenport North's defeat dropped their record down to 4-18. As for Assumption, their victory bumped their record up to 19-3.

Davenport North suffered a grim 3-0 defeat to Assumption in their previous meeting back in October of 2024. Can the Wildcats avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
